All security testing activities are performed solely on systems and assets for which the client holds explicit written authorisation. ReactiveZero does not conduct unauthorised testing under any circumstances.

3. Client Obligations

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the systems in scope
• Obtain all necessary authorisations and consents prior to the engagement
• Ensure a point of contact is available during the engagement
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during an engagement. ReactiveZero will not disclose client information, findings, or deliverables to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, findings, and deliverables produced specifically for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. ReactiveZero retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the course of the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReactiveZero's aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. ReactiveZero is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ReactiveZero does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an engagement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
